This is so easy and fun to make.

Start with one egg and 1 ts mustard

Than add Raps oil until you have 2 dl total

Use a bleder. Start on high speed at the bottom of the container and pull the bleder slowly upwards. It’s ready when it cange color and thikens.

Pour the majo into a container and store in the fridge.  I bought some small plastic bottles. Work’s great!
